Unknown callers using #(213) 289-3799 keeps calling us daily, and sometimes identifiable callers from other numbers continue contacting my home and cell numbers asking personal information. They refuse to answer our questions and insist on claiming they have information to verify. If we do not answer the phone, the caller leaves no message.But, when we call the numbers that called immediately called, we hear a robo response saying one of the following: (A) "thank you for calling, this survey is now closed."(B) "the number you're calling has been disconnected, or no longer in service."(C) "the number you're dialed cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again."(D) A female robocaller voice: "Thank you for calling, We're calling your." "We're sorry, your call cannot be connected at this time."I request the FCC and the FBI to start the following:(1) Start an FCC initiative for keeping track of those who collect to sell and/or purchase telephone numbers databases.(2) Apply a commercial licensing fees and taxation on them.(3) conduct an investigation to verify legitimate justifiable users from nefarious,(4) investigations' objectives:(A) identifying, disrupting and possibly takedown electronic criminals.(B) Ultimately to protecting the public from ID Theaft by organized criminals, deprive electronic terrorists of any financial incentive, deprive all foreign agents of open ended intelligence collection exploitation techniques at home and abroad.Thank you.
