- An almost robotic yet friendly female voice said she had received information that I or one of my loved ones was having difficulty with chronic pain and she was calling to offer to send me information. She was reading from a script & not taking a breath for me to respond so I kept saying hello, hello, hello until she let up. I asked "How did you get this number?" Not answering, she went into her spiel again asking if I'd be interested in the info. Again I asked "How did you get this number?". She started in again. So I said "Take me off of your list.". She responded "Oh, I'm so sorry. I'll take you off the list ... and add you to the DNC" and she hung up.
