Call received 11/3/2020 @ 6:15 pm from Anthony Miller who gave his number as 202-391-0993, Ext. 107. I was told he was calling from the Publishers Clearing House Claims Dept. to advise me that I had a $795,00.00 prize that I had not claimed, and he wanted to know if I wanted it (really?) and how I would like to claim it. I was told notice of my winning was previously mailed to a street address in CA but the zip code was for Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He did not request any funds or personal information from me and said all they would need was my correct mailing address when he called me back. I called the number he gave me. The first time a young woman answered saying "Claims Department". I called again 1/2 hour later, and got an answering machine that provided no company information and just requested that I leave my name and number.
