Call received 12SEP2015 at 1:17PM Eastern on Boston Do Not Call Registered mobile phoneCaller ID: 201-501-2758Identified themselves as Vertical Computer CareScam - same old Microsoft scam, just now under a different name - falsely states that they have "seen unauthorised traffic coming from my computer licence id" - tried to get the user to access their pc, whereupon the pc gets compromised, then charges for either fake anti virus scans, or even worse to unlock ransomware. So I get these calls pretty frequently - (FCC I wish you would shut this guys down - how many elderly citizens lose their money to these criminals?) and whenever I'm called, I listen for a while then tell Mr Scammer that, "it's a bad line and would they please call me back on a landline number?" "Of course", says Mr Scammer.... "OK the number is: >"The person who called me accidentally forgot to hang up after I asked them to call me on my other phone and they were clearly speaking a language that was from the Indian / Bangladeshy / Pakistani region.
